Unlike traditional rapid thawing methods that can overheat product before cooling it back down, Sure-Sense™ delivers controlled thawing from start to finish. In recent testing, the cabinet thawed 560 lbs of frozen product from 0°F to fully thawed 20% faster than a comparable competitor unit, helping kitchens improve prep scheduling, respond to peak demand, and streamline overnight production.

Designed for today’s labor challenges, Sure-Sense™ requires minimal operator interaction. Employees simply load frozen product into the cabinet and the system automatically detects the temperature drop, initiates the thaw cycle, and transitions into refrigeration mode once thawing is complete. No programming, monitoring, or product probes required. Flexible loading capability also allows operators to add frozen product while thawed product is already being safely held, supporting staggered prep schedules and reducing unnecessary product movement.
